Hmph.. can you believe mommie hasn't put up any of our Christmas pictures yet!  Sheesh!  You'd think anything for us would be the most important thing for her to do!

We sure hope we can get dirty soon.. we still don't get to stay outside to play and lay around in the dirt.. they make us come in so we stay clean.. ick.. who wants to be clean!?  In case we don't post tomorrow.. we want to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year's Eve!  We're hoping for some yummy treats to celebrate with!

The tree is much better without the present under it!  Way more space for sleeping..  The other day they forgot to close the door to the computer room and we got to sleep in here all day!  We did a little exploring.. but if we hadn't knocked over mommie's speaker.. she woulda never known.. so much for sneaky cats!

Merry Christmas!  We hope everyone had a wonderful day and lots of yummy things to eat!  We sure did!  We opened our presents and even helped mommie open hers!  Brie got a new, comfy bed to lay on in the computer room (but she has to share!)  Both of us got kennel pads with a comfy orthopedic pad and sheepskin.  We got nylabones and lots of squeaky toys (including one that says:  "Are you talkin to me?" and two interactive ones.. a behive with bees inside and a bone with donuts on it that we get to take off.)  Grandma and grandpa sent us yummy marrow bone treats.  We'll post some pictures in a day or two!

It rained this evening and we tried really hard to stay outside and play in it.. but mommie made us come in the house.  Playing in the rain and mud would have been the perfect ending to a wonderful day!

Wow!  This Chistmas thing is pretty cool!  We weren't too into opening our presents.. but once they were opened we had fun playing with s couple of them!  Jasmine got a crinkle bag fishie and thought it was really run to play in.  Bailey got a Fresh Flow.  Uhm.. the Fresh Flow is supposed to keep us from wanting the faucet turned on, but we don't think it's gonna work.. we're unimpressed.  What we do like is the fuzzy purple thing on a string toy!  You should see Bailey jump to try to get it!  Jasmine loves Brie's bed and has spent most of the evening sleeping on it!  Grandma and grandpa sent us yummy treats too!  We got a bunch of fuzzy mice and balls with bells and stuff like that.  We have so many toys now that we don't know what to do with them all!

Now we remember what it is we don't like about this time of year!  We also figured out why mommie wasn't asking us to come in the house so much on Saturday.. Something about being outside while we can.. Well we remember.. we get totally tortured before Christmas!  First they use the blow-y monster on us.. then they brush us, then the blow-y monster some more.. Of course, mommie did that a couple of weeks ago.. we hoped it would stop there.. but NOOOOOOOO!  Daddy says first to Brie, "Come on" while going toward our bathrrom... Nuh Uh.. NO way!  It didn't work...  Brie was practically drowned!  Well she paid him back.. cuz after the bath it's back on the table for more rounds with the blow-y monster.. so ya know what she did?!?  Peed right on the grooming table!  Heh heh heh!  Of course, that back-fired cuz daddy made her get back in the tub to get her peepee feet washed.  Tyler didn't get to escape... He was tortured too.

The torture wasn't/isn't over either.  Now we aren't allowed to go outside and lay around in the dirt and kick up the sand and slime each other and do what dogs are supposed to do:  get dirty!  Either mommie or daddy stand outside with us while we're out there so that we don't have a chance to lay down for a lil nap.  Can anyone come help us and open the door so we can go outside for a nice little nap in the cold???!!  Please!

We don't know why they are whining.. we wanted to get in the tub with the water!  We supervised most of the time to make sure daddy was doing it right and even tried to get in the tub ourselves a couple of times!

So why does mommie put up a moving toy in our house, then yell at us when we try to play with it!  We read that Rusty plays with his tree.. why can't we?  And some of the presents have our names on them.. but when we try to get them.. mommie says "NO!" and puts them back.. We'll show her.. when she wants us to play with them.. we'll ignore her and the presents!

Hi everyone!  We got the coolest new.. thing!  At first we were trying to figure out what we wanted to use it for.. It was pretty comfortable as a bed... we liked that it was covered and cozy...  It was also good as entertainment.. cuz sometimes.. all on it's own.. it' just moved!  Finally.. we had the urge to.. well.. ahem.. "go"... and our old pottie was gone.. it had litter in it... so we went!  Then guess what!?!  It entertained us again!  Mommie calls this new thing a Purrforma.

We're a bit jealous and want to go live with Rusty... you see.. his mommie lets him play with his Christmas tree!  Not like our mommie that meanly and rudely squirts us with that nasty water bottle and yells "no!" at us!  The nerve!  One more time and we may have to pack our bags and go visit Rusty for the rest of the season!
